Information about pre-move-in cleaning

The initial clean is compulsory for all accommodation arranged through us. Below you will find details of our charges. As regards laundry, we will check all textiles; if they need washing or replacing, we will take care of this. This is to ensure that guests booking through Stöten have the best possible experience and that we can guarantee a high standard of accommodation.

If you would like to wash the products listed below yourselves, please tick the relevant boxes below.
ATTENTION! If you choose to do the washing yourself, this must be done before the 1 November. If this has not been done, we will clean the property and charge you for it, unless otherwise agreed. If you sign the contract launched in 2023, this service is included. Please contact us if you would like to know more about this.
