The art

During this activity, the group is given a brush and challenged to create a painting together. This is a perfect activity to express a purpose or theme for the conference or kickoff!

The group is divided into teams that are given the task of creating a painting according to a predetermined theme. Each group then not only have to interpret the theme, but then in the best possible way convey this through their painting. Painting together is a task that develops the team's communication, as well as, the ability to create something together. When the paintings are ready, they are set up for a vernissage as the teams get to look at each other's masterpieces and vote for a winner for the day!
