Reception and guest service

Stöten’s reception is located next to the Stöten Ski Hotel, where you’re welcome with all kinds of questions or concerns. We are available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

You can, of course, also reach us by phone during these hours. Call 0280–75000 to speak with our guest service.

If you encounter urgent property issues such as problems with electricity, water, or heating outside of our opening hours, you are welcome to call our night service at 0280–75000.
