Rules and Regulations
For the comfort and well-being of all guests, the following rules apply during your stay at Stöten:
- Be considerate of other guests. Keep in mind that many people want to rest before the next ski day. Loud noise from radios, TVs, stereos, or other disturbances, especially at night, as well as damage or vandalism, will result in a warning and, if repeated, immediate eviction. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors, on balconies, or outside the entrances.
- You may only use the slopes and ski tracks during lift opening hours. Outside these hours, slopes and ski tracks are considered workplaces, and unauthorized access is prohibited.
- Sledding is only allowed in the designated sledding hill, Pulkis.
- Alcoholic beverages or drugs are not allowed in public areas.
- Firecrackers, fireworks, or similar are prohibited on the premises.
- Do not wear ski boots indoors in cabins/apartments/rooms, and use the ski storage rooms for storing equipment.
- Take responsibility for the environment by disposing of trash and bottles in designated containers.
- We direct all charging to the designated charging stations at Stötentorget. It is not allowed to connect electric cars directly to the accommodation’s electrical outlets or engine heaters.
Smoking and Pet Policy If smoking and/or pet restrictions are in place in your accommodation, these must be respected. Failure to comply with the smoking or pet ban indoors will result in a charge.
None of our accommodations are allergen-free.
