Cancel your trip, for no specific reason, up to 20 days prior to arrival and get reimbursed. In the case of Stöten in Sälen closing due to the pandemic COVID-19, you will be fully reimbursed with no exceptions.
Valid cancellation insurance from Stöten in Sälen allows you to cancel your trip up to 20 days prior to arrival and you will be reimbursed. Please note that valid cancellation insurance is necessary.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel verbally or in writing to us or to the place that took your booking. The cancellation is not valid if made to another party or sent to the cabin/apartment. We are obliged to confirm your cancellation in writing.
If you cancel more than 20 days prior to arrival, we keep an administrative fee of 500 SEK per item plus any paid fee for the cancellation insurance (495 SEK).
Can I cancel my trip within 20 days of arrival?
If you cancel your trip less than 20 days prior to arrival and have cancellation insurance and can show a valid certificate, we retain the fee for the cancellation insurance (SEK 495) and administrative fee of SEK 500 per item. The remaining amount will be refunded to you after we have received the certificate. The certificate must be received within 14 days of the cancellation date.
If you have already paid more than you, in that case, will be obliged to pay, you will be refunded the difference from the one you paid for.
If you cancel with less than 20 days to arrival and do not have a valid certificate, we will retain 100 % of the price of accommodation and any cancellation insurance.
