Welcome to book your winter vacation with one of Sweden's most generous and secure cancellation protections. At Stöten in Sälen, you can cancel your trip up to 20 days before arrival and get your money back if you have purchased our cancellation protection at the time of booking for a cost of 495 SEK.

With a valid certificate, you can also cancel your stay less than 20 days before arrival. The cancellation protection applies both to accommodation and additional products such as SkiPass, ski school, and ski rental.

Cancellation more than 20 days before arrival
You can cancel verbally via +46 280–75 000 or in writing to info@stoten.se. You will receive a written confirmation of your cancellation. To cancel your stay more than 20 days before arrival, you do not need to provide any specific reason. Stöten in Sälen retains the cancellation protection fee (495 SEK) and a handling fee of 500 SEK per accommodation.
