On the day of departure, all keys are left in the checkout box outside the reception at Stötentorget.

Check out in accommodations with a code lock

On the day of departure, you will receive an SMS with a link for check out. When you leave your accommodation, check out via the link.

Check via our app

If you have checked in via the app, you can easily check out in the same way. See instructions in your departure email.

Check-out times

• If you have booked or have departure cleaning included in your accommodation, the check-out time is 10:00.
• If you clean yourself, the check-out time is 11:00.
• If you are staying at the Stöten Ski Hotel, the check-out time is 12:00.
