Checkout times

If you have booked departure cleaning, or if it's included in your accommodation, the checkout time is 10:00.

If you do the cleaning yourself, the checkout time is 11:00.

If you are staying at the Stöten Ski Hotel, the checkout time is 12:00.

Checkout from accommodation with keys

• If you've stayed at an accommodation with a key or keycard, check out by leaving all keys/keycards in the checkout box outside the reception at Stötentorget before departure.
• If you've checked in via link, you can easily check out the same way. On the day of departure, you will receive an SMS with a link for checkout. When you leave your accommodation, check out via the link.
• If you have checked in via the app, you can easily check out the same way. See the instructions in your departure email.
