Comments on cleaning – what do I do?

If you have comments about the cleaning of your accommodation, you should convey this to us immediately, but no later than 11:00 the day after your arrival. It is important that you do not clean on your own, but give us the chance to correct this. Contact us at +46 280-75 000.

Urgent real estate matter – what do I do?

Do you need urgent help from our janitor? Has the water in your accommodation frozen? Or is the electricity or heating out of order? Contact us directly at +46 280-75 000.

Something is broken – what do I do?

If something is broken in your accommodation, fill out the form below to make a damage report. Once the case has been registered, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please note that the cases are handled in turn.
