If you rent through Stöten i Sälen AB, you have help with supervision of your accommodation all year round.

Our property department has a team of caretakers who help with simple tasks in your cottage and handle urgent matters when we have guests on site.

Once the season is over, we check your accommodation weekly, fortnightly inside and fortnightly outside.

Below you will find the prices for property maintenance that Stöten offers to you who mediate your accommodation through us.

FAQ start-up cities

No, according to §8 of the rental agency agreement, this is mandatory to maintain a consistent level and ensure quality to our guests.

Yes, but this must be notified to us. Ideally this should be notified in the form, otherwise to stugagare@stoten.se. This is to ensure that there are, for example, duvets and pillows as these can be in the way of washing. We cannot guarantee that the start-up cleaning will take place after your stay as we have many objects to be cleaned. If we have cleaned when you arrive, there is information about this in the cottage and you leave the cottage as you found it.

  • Dusting of walls and ceilings
  • All painted surfaces are wet dried
  • Frames, mouldings, cabinets and wardrobes are emptied and wet wiped inside and out
  • Valves are cleaned
  • Refrigerator and freezer are defrosted and dried out
  • Kitchen extractor fan (filter), oven and hob cleaned, also behind the hob
  • Wipes out china cabinets and all drawers, all crockery and cutlery is washed
  • Bed linen, curtains and other textiles are aired and washed and, if necessary, replaced
  • Vacuuming and airing furniture cushions (loose)
  • Removal of limescale etc. in showers and saunas
  • Floor drains are cut out
  • Windows are washed inside and out
  • Vacuuming and wiping of lamps
  • Vacuuming and wet wiping of floors

We do an inspection of all our accommodation before we open for the season.
