More Actvities runs guided snowmobile tours in Stöten. The tours are led by experienced mountain guides so that you can feel safe and secure on a reasonably long tour in the wonderful nature of the Stöten area.
In good weather, the snowmobile ride goes along nice trails up on the bare mountain with views of the beautiful mountain peaks. In slightly worse weather, we take the tour down in the valley through forests and across marshes. During both tours we make stops so that you have the opportunity to enjoy nature a little extra, take pictures of the view and ask questions about snowmobiling to our knowledgeable guides.
All snowmobiles used on More Activities snowmobile safaris are new and modern. Please note that some form of driving licence (Swedish or foreign) is required to drive a snowmobile during the guided tour.
Our scooter tours in Sälen
We offer several types of tours when you want to book a snowmobile safari so you can choose the one that suits you best. Snowmobiling should be fun and safe and on our guided tours you can feel safe. It is possible to ride two people on one scooter.
The Spruce Mountain Tour
The Granfjällsturen is a snowmobile tour of about 1.5 hours. The tour takes you up to the bare mountain nature reserve with magically beautiful and untouched views.
We run the tour daily at 10.00, 12.00, 14.00, 16.00 and 18.00 (from 1 March).
Price: 1395 SEK per scooter.
Under the stars
Under the stars is our unforgettable experience where the scooter ride goes under the beautiful starry sky. The tour is approximately 1.5 hours long and runs daily at 18.00 until 28 February.
Price: 1395 SEK per scooter.
The Family Tour
The family tour is our snowmobile safari with a sausage barbecue for the whole family and is suitable for children. The tour takes about 2.5 hours. We go around Närfjället and through troll forest to our very own campsite located by the small river that winds through the forest. Perfect when you want to go snowmobiling in Sälen with children!
Once at the campsite, we light the fire and grill sausages. The tours run daily at 14.00 during holiday weeks and several days a week during other weeks. Contact us for more information. Sausages and drinks are included in the price.
Price: 1795 SEK per scooter.
You can also rent a sledge for 525 SEK with room for either two small children and one adult, or two older children.

To book a snowmobile safari tour, you can visit More Activities or contact them by phone at 0280-200 80. At More Activities you can also make group and conference bookings for guided snowmobile tours or snowmobile hire.
Snowmobile tours run daily throughout the season but must be pre-booked via the website at More Activities.
Please note that Stöten in Sälen is completely cashless, we only take cards. The range of activities may vary from week to week. Please see the weekly programme when you arrive for activities during your holiday.
