Cancellation protection and booking rules

Welcome to book your winter holiday with one of the most generous and secure cancellation policies in ski Sweden. At Stöten i Sälen you can cancel your trip up to 20 days before arrival and get your money back, if you have taken out our cancellation protection at the time of booking at a cost of 495 SEK.

With a valid certificate, you can also cancel your stay less than 20 days before arrival. The cancellation cover applies to both accommodation and additional products such as SkiPass, ski school and ski hire.

Cancellation more than 20 days before arrival

You can cancel verbally via 0280-75 000 or in writing to info@stoten.se. You will receive a written confirmation of your cancellation. To cancel your stay at more than 20 days before arrival, you do not need to give any specific reason. Stöten in Sälen will retain the cancellation insurance fee (495 SEK) and a handling fee of 500 SEK per accommodation.

Cancellation less than 20 days before arrival

You can cancel verbally via 0280-75 000 or in writing to info@stoten.se. You will receive a written confirmation of your cancellation. To cancel your stay at less than 20 days before arrival, you will need a valid certificate. Stöten i Sälen will retain the fee for the cancellation protection (495 SEK) as well as a handling fee of 500 SEK per accommodation.
