The ski school is not just for children, we also organise adult groups for those who want to develop their skiing - whether you have never been on a pair of skis before or have been skiing for several years. Learning in a group is both challenging and fun.
We promise that you will feel much safer, better and have even more fun on the slopes after these hours. Plus, you'll enjoy the company of the ski instructor and the others in the group.
If you can't find a group that suits your level of skiing, or simply prefer to have a ski instructor who is completely focused on you and your skiing, then private lesson the best option for you! In this case, the course is tailored to you and your prior knowledge.

Green level 1, 16+ years
3 days of 90 minutes each
Ski school for those over 16 who have not skied before. We learn more in-depth about how we turn, ski lifts and brakes. The main focus is on creating safety in skiing. We are located on the green slopes of Soltorget. The skills of the group determine where we go.
Prerequisites: No previous experience required, here we start from scratch!
Blue level 2, 16+ years
3 days of 90 minutes each
Ski school for those over 16 who have started skiing. We train to make skiing easier for the body with a focus on speed control and turns with parallel skis on blue slopes. We are located on the slopes around Soltorget. The skills of the group determine where we go.
Prerequisites: You ski with control and good speed on green slopes and have tested on blue slopes.
Red level 3, 16+ years
3 days of 90 minutes each
Ski school for those who have advanced in their skiing. We develop our parallel turns and focus on maintaining control and speed in slightly steeper terrain. If the group's conditions allow, we may try off-piste or get some air under the skis. We are based on the slopes around Soltorget and the World Cup slope. The group's skills determine where we go.
Prerequisites: You ski with good speed and control with parallel skis on blue slopes. You have also tested red slopes and ski all types of lifts.
Other information
- We have the possibility to move students to another more suitable group if the prerequisites are not met. This type of change is handled via the ski teacher.
- In group ski school, all students need to participate from the first day and it is not possible to start in the middle of the week.
- If you are enrolled alone in a group ski school, we can offer you a place in a group at another time during the day or two private lessons on Monday and Tuesday.
