Stöten Race Academy

Stöten Race Academy is a concept for training groups who want to train on the same slope that both Stenmark and Tomba skied during their careers. The arena is managed by Stöten together with Malungs Skidgymnasium and is regularly maintained to ensure the best possible surface.

Stöten has a long history of competitive skiing - over the years we have organised World Cups, World Championships, Telemark World Championships and several FIS competitions.

With our ever-expanding floodlighting, we can now easily offer our groups training sessions at our Training Arena at no extra cost from 09:00 every week, except during our peak season weeks.

We can also offer skiing during the same weeks at an additional cost from 07:30-09:00 (Sunday, Monday & Thursday when there is no morning skiing) or 18:00-19:30.

In addition to training in black/red, the Race Academy includes & green slope in A mode:

  • Neatly framed arena with head-to-toe netting.
  • 519 metres of track with a drop of 172 metres.
  • Premises for ski care.
  • Cane storage in close proximity to the training arena.
  • Possibility of late check-out as far as possible on the occasions we can solve it.
  • Possibility to rent rooms for meetings/film screenings/studying
  • Possibility to rent GS and SL canes

Ski passes (weeks 49–51, weeks 2–6, weeks 10–11 and week 14)

For group bookings, ski passes can be pre-ordered and will be ready on arrival. For groups where ski passes are not included in a package deal, they can instead be purchased online using the promotional code provided.

Discounted season tickets for training groups can only be booked in connection with training camps by emailing johan.grandin@stoten.se.

Active youth 7-17 years and 1 coach per U10, U12, U14 etc. in the club: 3715:- (approx. 40% discount on regular price). 18 years-/Adult/relative/other coaches: 5755:- (approx. 25% discount on regular price). Children up to 6 years with helmets ride free in all lifts.

Meals

We can organise everything from breakfasts and lunches to simple barbecue buffets for a joint dinner during your stay.

Please note

Ordinary booking rules applies. This means, among other things, that we will refund 100% of the booking in case of snow shortage. Prices are subject to typing errors, changes in supply and price adjustments.
