Ola the Grumpy – Vattufjäll

Vrång Ola is Stöten’s largest conference room by far and the obvious venue for major events. With its 218 square metres and a built-in stage measuring 10×35 metres, the venue offers fantastic possibilities for everything from kick-off events and AGMs to product launches, trade fairs and gala events.

Capacity: Up to 300 people (cinema-style/standing reception), 160 people (school-style seating)

Jankampi / Granfjällsbjörn – Vattufjäll

Our most versatile venue, Jankampi / Granfjällsbjörn, measures 90 square metres and can accommodate up to 98 people. The venue features a handy folding partition in the middle, allowing you to divide the room into two separate areas in just a few seconds when it’s time for group work or parallel lectures.

• Capacity: Up to 98 people (cinema-style seating), 56 people (school-style seating) and U-shaped tables
• Area: 90 square metres (can be divided into two smaller rooms)
• Technical equipment: 1 projector with screen, built-in sound system and input for computer audio
• Suitable for: Training courses, workshops, split sessions and medium-sized meetings

The Rensjö Female / Syndalsbjörn – Vattufjäll

Here, you’ll be greeted by comfortable sofas and a peaceful atmosphere that creates the perfect setting for conversations, creative meetings and new ideas.

Roten – Stöten Ski Hotel

Roten is an exclusive and modern boardroom situated in the Stöten Ski Hotel, right in the heart of Stöten Square. With its 23 square metres and state-of-the-art hybrid equipment, the venue is tailor-made for in-depth discussions, strategic decisions and video meetings.

• Capacity: Up to 16 people (boardroom seating)
• Area: 23 square metres
• Technology: 1 projector with a screen, a sound system and a full range of equipment for hybrid meetings
• Suitable for: Board meetings, management teams, breakfast meetings and hybrid conferences

Stubben – Stöten Ski Hotel

Stubben is Rotens sister venue at the Stöten Ski Hotel. The room measures 23 square metres and offers a peaceful and focused working environment right in the heart of the action at Stötentorget.

• Capacity: Up to 16 people (boardroom seating)
• Area: 23 square metres
• Technology: 1 projector with screen, sound system and a full range of equipment for hybrid meetings
• Suitable for: Small project teams, management meetings and discussion forums
