With its 78 well-planned square metres, this is the perfect cosy space when you want to get away from that traditional school classroom feel. Here, you’ll find a peaceful, secluded space that lends itself to intimate conversations, workshops and a sense of community, right in the heart of the mountains.

A relaxed atmosphere doesn’t have to mean compromising on technology. The venue is equipped with user-friendly and reliable equipment, making it easy to connect laptops for presentations, slideshows or videos whilst you sit back in comfort.

Meeting at Rensjöhonan / Syndalsbjörn means you’re close to everything that makes Stöten fantastic. The venue is situated in the Vattufjäll activity centre, with direct access to the ski slopes, making it easy to take a break from your meeting for a run on our fantastic slopes.
In the same building, you’ll find the & sauna, the & Relax spa, a bowling alley, a gym and a café. If you order conference refreshments, we’ll happily set them up right outside the venue. We’d also be more than happy to help you book team-building activities or dinners at the resort’s restaurants!

- Ola the Grumpy – Vattufjäll: 218 square metres with a 10×35-metre stage, accommodating up to 300 people (or 160 school-style desks). Stöten’s largest venue for trade fairs and large kick-off events.
- Jankampi / Granfjällsbjörn – Vattufjäll: 90 square metres for up to 98 people (or 56 school desks). Can be divided into two smaller rooms.
- Roten – Stöten Ski Hotel: 23 square metres for up to 16 people, right in the centre of Stöten Square. Equipped for hybrid meetings.
- Stubben – Stöten Ski Hotel: 23 square metres for up to 16 people, perfect for a small board meeting.
