Here, we tailor the layout entirely to your needs – whether you want cinema-style seating for 300 people, school-style seating for 160 participants, or open spaces for trade fairs, exhibitions and networking.

No two events are the same, which is why we’ll help you set up the venue exactly as you’d like it:
- Theatre-style seating (up to 300 people): ideal for large lectures, meetings, award ceremonies and entertainment.
- School-style seating (up to 160 people): ideal for training sessions and work meetings where space is needed for a computer and a notepad.
- Trade fair & exhibitions: an open and airy space that can easily be reconfigured with stands, networking tables and demonstration areas.
Close to everything – with Sälen’s best skiing right on your doorstep
When you hold a conference at Vrång Ola, you’ll be staying and meeting right at the heart of the action. The venue is situated in the Vattufjäll community centre, with direct access to the ski slopes. This makes it easy to take a break from the meeting for a few lovely turns in the snow or a moment’s relaxation.
In the same building, you’ll also find bath & sauna, spa & relax, bowling, gym and café. If you order conference refreshments, we’ll set them up conveniently right outside your venue, so you can easily take a break and recharge your batteries. We’d be more than happy to help you book team-building activities or dinners at the venue to make your stay at Stöten complete!

We have venues suitable for both large groups and smaller management teams:
- Jankampi / Granfjällsbjörn – Vattufjäll: 90 square metres, with space for up to 98 people (or 56 school desks). Can be divided into two smaller rooms.
- The Rensjö Female / Syndalsbjörn – Vattufjäll: 78 square metres, with space for up to 89 people.
- Roten – Stöten Ski Hotel: 23 square metres for up to 16 people, right in the centre of Stöten Square. Equipped for hybrid meetings.
- Stubben – Stöten Ski Hotel: 23 square metres for up to 16 people, perfect for a small board meeting.
