Occupancy rates are normally between 70 and 80 per cent for the whole season and for all accommodation. Some types of accommodation can have occupancy rates as high as 90-95 per cent.

The occupancy rate is of course affected by how many weeks you as the owner of the accommodation want to use. The income from your accommodation varies and is affected by price categories that are set based on the accommodation's location, size, equipment, standard, etc.

There is no limit to this, you choose how many weeks you want to take out.

You must notify us by 31 December at the latest of the weeks you wish to use your accommodation during the following season. Here you can find a simple manual to book your own weeks.

If your accommodation is vandalised by a guest referred by Stöten, we will take full responsibility for repairing the damage, and of course any costs associated with it.

All owners who rent through Stöten have a login to our owner website. There you can easily follow the letting of the accommodation.

The pricing of your accommodation is dynamic and individual. This means that it is not only the demand and the current booking situation that affect pricing, but also the condition and location.

Before we start a brokerage, an inspection is always carried out, which then forms the basis for a basic price.

Our ambassador card can only be used by holiday home owners who rent through us.
