Reception centre
Stöten's reception is located adjacent to the hotel, where you are welcome with all kinds of questions and concerns. You can also call us to talk to our guest service, +46 0280-75000.
Opening hours: 8:00-20:00
Ski storage
You can either leave your skis in the hotel's common or in your personal ski storage room.
The shared ski storage room is located on the ground floor. The door opens with your digital key or room key.
Other ski lockers can be found at the following locations. You will find the key to your personal ski locker in your hotel room.
Rooms 102-105: on the other side of the corridor.
Room 106: The ski storage room is located inside the hotel room.
Room 200-210: in the corridor opposite room 202.
Rooms 300-310: in the stairwell on level 1.
Room 400-412: in the stairwell on level 2.
Cleaning and change of towels
Would you like your towels changed and your room cleaned?
Put the towels to be changed in a pile on the floor and hang out the door hanger and we'll clean your room while you're away.
Sauna
Are you in the mood for a sauna?
On the 2nd floor, next to the 400 corridor, you will find the hotel's relaxation room as well as the men's and women's saunas. The sauna is switched on from 14:00-22:00 every day. If you wish to sauna at other times, it is possible to start the sauna yourself.
Fire alarm
If the fire alarm is activated, it is important that you evacuate and make your way to the assembly point in the Tempo car park. Then wait for information from Stöten staff or the emergency services.
The nearest escape route can be found on the escape map on the inside of the door.
