Reception centre
Stöten's reception is located next to Stöten Ski Hotel at Stötentorget, here you are welcome with all kinds of questions and concerns. You can also call us to talk to our guest service, +46 0280-75000.
Opening hours: 8:00-20:00
Ski storage
All apartments at Stöten Ski Lodge Soltorget have access to a ski storage room. The ski storage rooms are located on the ground floor, which you can easily access using the lift.
The ski storage room has space for all your equipment. Here you also have access to boot dryers so that your boots are always dry and warm for a day on the slopes. You use your digital key or room key to lock and unlock the locker.
Check-out and departure cleaning
Check-out is at 10:00 at the latest.
As departure cleaning is included when you stay at Stöten Ski Lodge Soltorget, all you need to think about is taking out the rubbish, doing the dishes and leaving the bed linen in a pile in the hall. We'll take care of the rest!
Sauna
Are you in the mood for a sauna?
On the 3rd floor you will find the women's and men's saunas. The sauna is open from 14:00-22:00 every day.
Fire alarm
If the fire alarm is activated, it is important that you evacuate your flat and make your way to the assembly point at Vargy Express. Then wait for information from Stöten staff or the emergency services.
The nearest escape route can be found on the escape map on the inside of the door.
