Right in the heart of Stöten is Brasseriet - our largest and most popular restaurant! Brasseriet is located at Stötentorget and here we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner to Sälen visitors and hungry skiers.

Well cooked food all day long

At Brasseriet you will find well-prepared food from morning to evening! We serve delicious dishes throughout the day and various buffets. Brasseriet is an obvious choice when you want to eat good food in Sälen. A warm welcome!

Breakfast in Sälen

The breakfast served at Brasseriet is a classic and appreciated hotel breakfast buffet for our hotel guests. On the breakfast table you will find everything from sandwiches and film milk to cold cuts and classic hot items such as meatballs, scrambled eggs and bacon. Breakfast is open to the public, subject to availability.

Fancy breakfast after morning skiing?

The breakfast buffet at the brasserie for those not staying at the hotel costs 170 SEK/person.

Youth 12 - 15 years 110 SEK, children 4 - 11 years 70 SEK.

Lunch in Sälen

Take a break from skiing and have lunch at Brasseriet! Here we serve á la carte every day of the week for all tastes. For our youngest guests, there is Vargy's lunch menu so that the whole family gets new energy to go out on the slopes again. You'll find good-sized children's portions at a good price.

Dinner in Sälen

With its rustic setting, tall candelabras and large glass windows offering views to both north and south, Brasseriet is the perfect place for a festive dinner.

The menu is packed with dishes to suit both the connoisseur and those who want something simpler for dinner.

Theme evenings at the Brasserie

In addition to our à la carte menu, we organise great theme nights! There is always something going on in the Brasserie. Here you can take part:

Taco buffet served on Tuesdays.
Steakhouse buffet served on Fridays.

Afterski at Brasseriet

It is at Brasseriet that you will find our après-ski. Here we serve good food and drink, offer live music and a great atmosphere or relaxation all evening. Afterskin starts at 15.00 and the troubadour or band starts playing around 15.30-16.00.
