Step 1: Check the boots
Start by checking the ski boots to make sure they fit the child's feet and are in good condition. Check the buckles for any damage or loose parts. It is important that the ski boots fit well and securely on the child's feet to avoid injuries while skiing.

Step 2: Inspection of skis
The next step is to inspect the skis. It is important to check the binding mechanism to ensure that it is working correctly and is set to the child's weight.
