The 2025/2026 winter season kicks off on 11 December with the Stöten Grand Opening, which is always one of the highlights of the winter. It's a weekend packed with activities - and of course a lot of great skiing!
Opening weekend of Stöten 11-14 December 2025
A fun-filled weekend of activities for the whole family awaits. The Grand Opening weekend is full of festive activities both on and off the slopes.
Thinking of buying new equipment for the coming season? During the opening weekend, you can test this year's new products together with Kaiser's ski shop from well-known brands - here you will find world-leading brands with the latest equipment and ski technology for you to test.
Last but not least, our long-awaited après-ski makes a comeback - don't miss the first après-ski of the season!
Torchlight procession
On Saturday 13 December at Lucia, we organise a torchlight procession down the World Cup hill.
Collection 07.30 wide the triple lift at Stötentorget and get your torch from a ski instructor. There you take the lift up to the first landing and get help to light it.
At about 07.50 we go down together in a loop with a ski instructor as leader and one at the back.
The triple lift will be switched off during the torchlight procession down the hill and WC will also be switched off during this time. Limited number of torches, please arrive in time.
