This is included:
- 3 nights accommodation right on the slopes in cosy 8-bed apartments equipped with private sauna and wifi
- Linen set including towels and departure cleaning
- 2-day SkiPass (including morning skiing) loaded and ready in your apartments on arrival*
- 3 breakfast buffets at the hotel or breakfast delivered to the apartment for the whole stay
- 2-course dinner at Brasseriet restaurant
- Cooking your own pizzas in the cottages. We deliver the ingredients to the accommodation.
- Sled transport with snowmobile T/R to two-course dinner in Fjällkåtan
- Tobogganing - a great winter activity where everyone can contribute to their team and teamwork skills are put to the test
- Project management and support before and during your stay in Stöten, after your return home a final invoice will be issued for the whole stay
* For those who do not ski, there is a snowmobile experience, bath & sauna and spa

The following price examples are based on the conference packages above.
- Thursday-Sunday, weeks 2-6: from 4 493 SEK/person
- Thursday-Sunday, weeks 10-13: from 4,702 SEK/person (30% in selected accommodation)
- Thursday-Sunday, week 16: from 3,656 SEK/person (half price SkiPass, selected accommodation and conference room)
