Mountain conference for the larger group
Keep your group together in a smaller ski resort but still have the benefit of great facilities. If you are a larger company with up to 250 people, Stöten is a great option for a large conference, trade fair or gala dinner.
We are solution-oriented and open to all ideas and have a very wide network of partners providing all kinds of services and activities.
This includes
- 3 nights with accommodation in a 4-bed apartment right next to the slopes, conference rooms and restaurants
- Linen set including towels and departure cleaning
- 2-day ski pass (including morning skiing) loaded and ready in your apartments on arrival*
- Conference room with space for up to 250 people for 2 half days incl. refreshments
- 3 breakfast buffets at the hotel
- 2 conference lunches
- 2-course dinner at one of Stöten's restaurants or in the event hall
- 3-course dinner at one of Stöten's restaurants or in the event hall
- Project management and support before and during your stay in Stöten, after your return home a final invoice will be issued for the whole stay
* For those who do not ski, there is a snowmobile experience, bath & sauna and spa.

The following price examples are based on the conference packages above.
- Thursday-Sunday, weeks 2-6: from 4 731 SEK/person
- Thursday-Sunday, weeks 10-13: from 5 388 SEK/person
- Thursday-Sunday, week 16: from 4,464 SEK/person (half price SkiPass, selected accommodation and conference room)
