Not only do we offer marvellous views of a magical mountain landscape with Swedish and Norwegian mountains. When you visit us in Stöten in Sälen, you can choose from a range of fun activities to suit both young and old. And of course, we also have Sälen's best skiing!
Northernmost ski resort in the Sälen mountains
Stöten is the obvious choice for those who want to experience Sweden's best skiing. With us you'll find, for example, Sälen the highest drop in the mountains at 398 metres. And of our 50 slopes there are slalom skiing for everyone, regardless of age or expertise. With around 20 lifts, it is also easy to get up the slopes and then choose whether you want to go down with the help of the green and very easy slopes, or if you bet on something a little more challenging. For example, the black and difficult slopes.
If you prefer to go along the slope instead of down it, you can enjoy 45 kilometres of cross-country tracks! Thanks to the six-metre wide tracks, they are perfect for both skate and classic skiing - and for both experienced and beginners. The advantage of cross-country skiing in the mountains is that, in addition to fantastic cross-country tracks, you get to enjoy an unbeatable view!

Snowmobile safari
If you've never tried driving or snowmobiling before, we highly recommend it! Experience the fantastic mountain landscape in a whole new way. Our experienced mountain guides will ensure that you have a safe and secure experience with the snowmobile in the mountains. Spa & relax
For those of you who really want to get down to business during the holidays and take a break from everyday life. Treat your tired ski muscles to a really nice massage! Dog sledding
A dog sledding tour is perfect for those who love the beauty and tranquillity of the mountains. Watch the Siberian Husky and Alaskan Malamute dogs happily navigate the snow-covered landscapes. Food is a big part of the holiday experience for many - and in Stöten you'll find world-class food for all tastes! One activity not to be missed is our cosy Fondue evening in Fjällkåtan. In Stöten we have restaurants for all tastes - and of course we also have Sälen's best après-ski!
Bowling
Come into the warmth and challenge the family to a really fun bowling match! Our bowling alley has four lanes equipped with bumpers so that it suits both the smallest and the really experienced professionals. In the evening, the hall is also transformed into Nightbowl, which means disco bowling with music, disco lights and a real party feeling - you don't want to miss it!
Bath & sauna
When you need a break from the ski slopes, Stöten's swimming and sauna area is located at the Vattufjäll activity centre! Here you can have fun in the large pool, relax in the hot whirlpool or enjoy a good lunch or coffee at Vattufjälls Badcafé. Skiing and sauna bathing have always gone hand in hand, so of course there are saunas to maximise relaxation after skiing.
